ORDERS

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE ENTERED INCORRECT INFORMATION?
Please contact asap D’Art Duvar in case you have provided wrong information (e.g.  address, email address or telephone number). We will make sure your information will be changed prior sending your order. Please note: in case you are too late informing us and your order is already sent out, it might affect the delivery of your package. You are responsible for the extra cost that may occur.

HOW DO I BUY A GIFT CARD?
First select the amount you want to buy. Then add the gift card to your shopping cart, so that you then can complete the purchase.

HOW DO I RECEIVE THE GIFT CARD?
Once you have completed the purchase, D’Art Duvar will sent it digitally to the email address you have provided at the checkout. Please wait for some minutes, because it may take some time before you receive it in your inbox. Otherwise, please check your spam box.

HOW DO I GIVE AWAY A GIFT CARD?
D’Art Duvar will deliver the gift card digitally via email. You can choose to forward the code or to print the gift card. It is all about the code.

HOW CAN I PAY WITH THE GIFT CARD? AND WHERE DO I SEE THE REMAINING GIFT CARD VALUE?
You can pay with the code, which you can find on your gift voucher. You will be able to see the gift card value by first adding a product to your cart, and then entering your gift card code.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER SUBMITTING PAYMENT?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an existing order. There may be exceptions, but only in case you are fast enough with contacting us. We can check whether we can cancel the order before it leaves our warehouse. You will then have the opportunity to place a new order. Again, this possibility is not guaranteed.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel your order, unless you are fast enough. Please contact us asap. However, we cannot guarantee that we will have enough time to cancel your order, as our packing/shipping department is constantly doing its best on getting products heading our customers’ way quickly.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once you have placed an order, you will first receive an invoice by email, followed by an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Please double check to make sure it did not land in your Spam folder.

WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?
If you submitted an order with us, but didn’t receive an order confirmation, it’s possible that your email address was entered incorrectly. Get in touch with us by clicking koşullar to see if we have received an order in your name. We’re happy to fix the email address on file and send you the order confirmation. In other cases, the order may not have gone through, so just get in touch before placing a new order to avoid a duplicate order

HOW CAN I KNOW IF MY ORDER WENT THROUGH?
D’Art Duvar will send you an order confirmation at the email address you entered at the checkout. If you have not received a confirmation shortly after submitting your order, there may be an issue with your transaction. Contact us, and we’ll get it sorted out.

SHIPPING / DELIVERY

HOW DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES?
D’Art Duvar makes use of DHL Express, DHL Economy and PostNL for both national and international orders. For Turkey we work with Yurtiçi Kargo, Aras Kargo and Sürat Kargo. Once you have added your products to your cart, and continued to checkout, our system will calculate the shipping costs based on your shipping address.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
We do ship internationally.

For EU-countries the shipping costs are free of charge on any orders > €150.
< €150 we charge the following shipping costs:

For Benelux and Germany, a flat rate of €6,95.

For EU-countries* (including Switzerland and the UK) a flat rate of €14,95.

* Austria, France, Spain, Cyprus, Italy, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Sweden, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia.

For NON-EU countries the shipping costs are free of charge on any orders > €150.

For USA and Canada, the shipping costs are €35.


For Turkey, we offer free shipping.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes you can. As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email with the tracking details.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
D’Art Duvar is continuously striving to pack your order as soon as possible and ship it from our warehouses. Our aim is to dispatch your order within 3 working days. Though, it can sometimes take 1-2 days longer due to delays at the shipping company or if the workload at our warehouse is unusually high. Delivery time is estimated to be approximately 3 business days after dispatch. However, please take note that D’Art Duvar is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance process and any other transportation conditions.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER ON WWW.DARTDUVAR.COM EVEN THOUGH I DO NOT LIVE IN THE NETHERLANDS?
Yes, we do ship internationally.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHY?
Please first check whether you have provided us with the right information (e.g. address, email or phone number). If you have provided correct information, please contact us and we will help you.

If you have provided incorrect information, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to change your information before the order leaves our warehouse. Please be aware that you are responsible for the extra costs that are caused by the incorrect information given while your order is already sent out before you contact us.

WHAT IF I DO NOT PICK UP MY PACKAGE?
We charge a 15 EUR fee in case products are returned to us because customers have failed to pick up their package. This fee includes the shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of D’Art Duvar’s products.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY PARCEL HAS ARRIVED?
It depends on which shipping partner you have. In general, the very first attempt is home delivery. In case you are not at home then, the freight partner will leave a note with an alternative solution.

HOW DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES?
D’Art Duvar makes use of different shipping partners, depending on the size of your order. Once you have added your products to your cart, and continued to checkout, you will be able to see which service your order will shipped with.

Frames are shipped with home delivery and are delivered to your door. If you order other items with your  frame, note that they will be sent in separate deliveries as they are shipped from different warehouses.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Delivery is usually within 3-7 business days from the order date. Our aim is to dispatch your items no later than the day after you have placed your order. Though, it can sometimes take 1-2 days longer due to delays at the shipping company or if the workload at our warehouse is unusually high.

RETURNS

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Please be aware that the return must be sent back to the Netherlands.

Register your return via the form below. After filling in the form please mail it to bizejazz@dartduvar.com. Your return package must be well-protected.

Frames: The customer is responsible for all return costs. Note that the parcel must be sent as a traceable package and in the same package as you got it in, including the protective material around the frame inside the outer package. Please keep your receipt and your tracking reference until you receive confirmation that we have received your return.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
There is always a 14-day return policy for products purchased at D’Art Duvar. This means that you have the right to revoke your purchase by emailing D’Art Duvar within 14 days of the date you took receipt of the ordered product or the order reached the collection point (cooling-off period). Effects of cancellation If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than –

(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or

(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or

(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. Unfortunately, we cannot offer the right of return or exchange on personalised posters printed to order.

EXCHANGES

CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
Yes, fortunately you can. But, please note that if you would like to exchange a received product for something different, it is processed like a regular return. You send us the product you do not want, and we will refund you. Again, check our terms of returning. Once we have received your returned item, you will then be able to place a new order in our web shop.

CLAIMS

IS IT NECESSARY THAT I DO RETURN A DAMAGED PRODUCT?
No, you do not have to return a damaged item to us. Please first read our terms carefully. Also, the section “What should I do if a product is damaged or incorrect?” -as stated below, so that you claim it in a right way.

WHAT CAN I DO IF THE ORDERED ITEM IS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?
D’Art Duvar will take all the necessary steps in order to solve the problem in which you have received a defective or incorrect item. In order for us to do that, please send an email with the following information included:

– Email address (the one you used when placing the order)
– Order number (please check the confirmation email)
– Your full name (the one you used when placing the order)
– Product number (please check the confirmation email)
– Photo of damaged or incorrect item (please as clear as possible)
– Photo of your package (if that is possible)
– Batch number, if it is a frame.

Once we have received all this information, we will do our best to get back to you asap.

REFUNDS

HOW DO YOU DO THE REFUND?
It depends on how you paid for the order. In case you paid with a card, your refund will be issued back to the same card. Did you place your order during a campaign period or with a discount code? When we receive your return, your order total will be recalculated. If the terms of the campaign or discount aren’t met, we will deduct the discount from your refund.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
In order to refund you, D’Art Duvar must first have received your order return. Then, we will do our very best to issue your refund as soon as possible, at the latest within 30 days.

PAYMENT

CAN I PAY BY CARD?
Yes, you can use both Visa and Mastercard. During the checkout step “payment” – please select the option “card”.

Possible transfer fees, as well as bank service charges, might be charged to the customer. If the customer is charged transaction fees by their bank, D’Art Duvar will not refund these charges.

CAN I PAY WITH PAYPAL?
No, it is not possible to pay with PayPal

HOW CAN I PAY WITH A GIFT CARD?
Please select the “Enter gift card / discount code” in the checkout area to add your coupon code.

WHAT ABOUT THE CURRENCIES?
Payments as well as refunds for shipments to all countries (except for Turkey) are invoiced in Euro (EUR).

OFFERS

WHY DOES MY DISCOUNT CODE NOT WORK?
This might be the case when you have entered an incorrect code. If that is not the case, please double-check the expiration date. If it still does not work, please contact us so that we can help you.

PRODUCTS

ON WHAT KIND OF PAPER ARE YOU PRINTER YOUR POSTERS ON?
D’Art Duvar has chosen to use only high-quality paper. We have specifically chosen to print our posters on a glossy surface, 175 g, uncoated premium paper. Good to know is that our paper is “aging-resistant”.

IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO ORDER A POSTER IN A CUSTOM SIZE OR DESIGN?
At the moment we do not offer these options.

WHAT KIND OF FRAMES CAN I CHOOSE OF?
D’Art Duvar has chosen to offer high-quality frames. We only have frames as offered on our webshop. We are not able to offer alternatives. Nonetheless, we have a good collection where you can choose of. Our line consists of oak frames, which are made of solid oak. Also, black and white wooden frames, which are made from yellow-poplar wood and then painted. Thirdly, gold, silver and copper metal frames, which are made from aluminum and have a polished finish. Lastly, metal frames, which are made of powder-coated aluminium. All of the above-mentioned frames come with acrylic glass, which is light weight and durable.

HOW DOES D’ART DUVAR’S PERSONALISED PRINTS WORK?
D’Art Duvar offers you the possibility to customise posters. These personalised posters are unique pieces and specially made for you. Please send an email to us with as much as possible specific information of what exactly you are looking for. We will then contact you to discuss in detail. Please note that you do not have the right of returning or exchanging personalised posters.

IS THERE A POSSIBILITY TO ORDER POSTERS WITH MY OWN DIMENSIONS?
For the standardized collection it is not possible to order your own dimensions. So please select the size given by us. However, for the personalized posters there might be a possibility to adjust the size. Please contact us to check whether this is really possible.

I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CONFIRMATION, WHAT NOW?
If you placed an order with us, but did not receive an order confirmation, it is possible that your email address was entered incorrectly. If this is not the cause, please check your spam folder, as sometimes our emails might end up there. Otherwise, get in touch with us and we will help you out.
