Happy to announce that we have joined the fundraiser on Sunday 19th February, to support Turkish, Kurdish, Syrian and other people that are being affected by the recent earthquakes in the region. This initiative was set up by De School based in Amsterdam. We would like to thank the crew for all the efforts and solidarity. Also big thanks for our co-artist Şirin Bahar Demirel who joined our stand to sell her wonderful handmade collage-art (insta: mishaps.included).

There was a market with stalls selling art, clothes, books, records and more. As D’art Duvar we tried to collect support by selling our posters on the market. It was heartwarming to see a crowd of people coming over to this event in order to support. Music was provided by Diaspora Radio live in the Cafe and streamed live on Echobox. There was delicious Turkish & Syrian food made by volunteers.
All profits from the cafe and market and all funds raised was donated to AHBAP & The White Helmets.

As D’art Duvar we again would like to thank all participants and visitors. It was an honour to be part of this solidarity.
